We are a welcoming community church. We have people from all walks of life ranging in age from babies to senior citizens. What draws us together is our love of God and our desire to learn more about Him together. Together we want to share what God has done for each of us.
We welcome new people and have often heard it said that our congregation is very friendly to visitors.
Our ministries range from children's programs, to relief efforts in New Orleans. Many of our members have served God in voluntary or mission assignments in places ranging from Japan to Newfoundland. Local ongoing ministries include a food pantry, the Crown Hill Manor a low income apartment complex and a Christian counseling center.
We have a youth group as well as boys and girls clubs. Our young adult class is made up of people in their 20-30's that get together for Bible study and fun.
We meet Sunday mornings for a time of worship which is generally a time of welcome, several songs (many different styles), a teaching from the pastor, then a time of Christian education where we meet to discuss how we can better live out Christ's teaching in our lives and grow closer to God. We gather at other times in homes and for Bible Study and friendship.
We believe we are called to live out our faith each day and that belief motivates us to serve those that our community has left behind as well as those that have risen to the heights of society. We hope you will join us as we seek to live out the good news!
